This nationally recognised course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to lead and operate within an Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) as a Chief Warden or Warden during workplace emergencies.
It covers emergency preparedness, coordinating and conducting evacuations, directing emergency response activities, communicating with occupants and emergency services, implementing emergency procedures, and safely managing the conclusion of emergency incidents.

On successful completion of this course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognising their skills and competency in fulfilling emergency warden and chief warden duties.

Entry Requirements
Participants must be able to complete the practical demonstrations for the course, including wearing suitable identification, assisting occupants, using communications systems, commanding, controlling and coordination of facility emergency response procedures.
